Ingredients:
1 ready made chocolate or graham crust pie shell
1 cup heavy whipping cream [half pint]
12 oz bag Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbs margarine
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
heat whipping cream in heavy pot over medium/low heat[do not boil]
add margarine and melt
stirring constantly, add chocolate chips a little at a time until all are melted
add vanilla
pour into crust and refrigerate 3 hours until firm
for best flavor, warm at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving
top with Cool Whip if desired
