Ingredients:
1 Large head of Cabbage
1 Onion chopped
1 Cup of Ketchup
1 Cup of Water
1 lb. of Sausage
1 Cup of Minute Rice
Directions:
Sautee onion in large pot. Brown the sausage in the same pan. Chop the cabbage into bit size pieces. Add the cabbage,ketchup, water and rice. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the cabbage is tender. Salt and Pepper to taste.
