Ingredients:
3 fully cooked chicken breasts (boiled and diced when cooked)
3 large jars chicken gravy
1 c frozen baby sweet peas
white sauce for thickening
2 packages (from one box) Mrs. Weiss' Kluski Noodle Soup Mix
2 small cans regular biscuits (20 biscuits)
Directions:
Mix chicken gravy, cooked chicken, peas, soup mix in 13x9 glass baking dish.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, add white
sauce (3tbs. of flour....add milk but don't make too thick) or corn starch and milk,
stir well and place the 2 packages of biscuits (20 small biscuits in all) in rows on
top of gravy mixture.
Continue baking until biscuits are golden brown. Serve hot! Enjoy!
