Baked Chicken or Turkey Salad Category: Main Dishes
Main dish great for that leftover holiday

turkey, or a quick do ahead meal for the

next day's dinner.
Meal Time: Prep. Time: hours Servings: 6
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken or turkey, cooked an cut up

1 small onion chopped

1 cup pepperidge farm herb dressing

1 cup miracle whip (is the best)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 can cream of mushroom or cram of chicken soup

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup slivere almonds (optional)



Directions:
Mix together chicken/turkey, onion, and dressing mix. Set aside.

Mix together Miracle Whip, lemon juice and soup. Pour over chicken/turkey mixture.

Put all into a buttere casserole. Top with cheese and almonds. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Option: Use cream of broccole soup in place of other soup and stir in chopped broccoli
