The combination of melted cheese and bacon
make this sandwich good for lunch or a light summer supper.
Meal Time: Lunch Prep. Time: :20 hours Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
4 slices of american cheese
4 slices of onion, green pepper,tomato
8 slices of raw bacon

Directions:
butter one side of each slice of bread and broil it until nicely toasted.Turn to plain side of bread and put on cheese, tomato, onion, green pepper in that order. Then place bacon slices across the top of each to cover. Broil until bacon is sizzling. Watch closely. they are delicious
