Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes
8 slices bacon
1 small-medium onion
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Peel, cut (in bite size pieces) and boil potatoes until tender. While boiling, cut up onion and bacon into little pieces. Start bacon frying; when about half cooked add onion. Fry until bacon is crisp and onion is clear. Drain water off potatoes and grease off bacon/onions. Stir together potatoes, bacon/onions, vinegar and sugar. Serve hot.
