Dilled Crab Salad Category: Side Dishes

Meal Time: Lunch & Dinner Prep. Time: 00:30 hours Servings: 4
Ingredients:
8 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed and if larg cut in half
1 medium red bell pepper cut in thin strips
12 oz imitation crab, bite size pieces
1 medium cucumber, cut in thin strips
1 small red onion, cut in thin strips
1 bunch fresh dill finely chopped
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c bottled ranch dressing
Boston leaf lettuce


Directions:
Bring medium size pan of water to a boil.
Add snap peas and boil for 1 min. Drain and cool.
Put in large bowl. Add crabmeat, cucumber, pepper, onion and dill.
Mix gently, Cover and refrigerate over night.

Mix ranch dressing and sour cream.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
Mound on lettuce-lined platter to serve.
